These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d) govern your access to and use of the games, websites, and related services (the Service<\/strong>) provided by AIVIO Pte Ltd<\/strong>, a Singapore company with registered address at 33 Amber Gardens<\/strong> (\u201cwe<\/strong>,\u201d \u201cus<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n

By installing, using, registering for, or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don\u2019t agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.<\/p>\n

You must not:<\/strong> – Use the Service under false identity or on behalf of others. – Sell, rent, transfer, or commercialize your Account. – Use the Service to post spam, chain messages, or unauthorized advertising. – Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the software.<\/p>\n

4. In\u2011App Purchases & Virtual Items<\/h3>\n

If our Service includes in-app purchases or virtual items: – Payments are in real currency and grant you a limited license to use virtual items for entertainment only. – Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred, cashed out, or redeemed outside the Service. – We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or delete virtual items or pricing at any time without notice. – All sales are final and non\u2011refundable, except where required by law.<\/p>\n

5. User Conduct & Ground Rules<\/h3>\n

When using the Service, you agree not to: – Post illegal, harassing, obscene, or infringing content. – Exploit bugs, cheat, hack, or use unauthorized tools to gain unfair advantage. – Impersonate others or violate another user\u2019s privacy. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion for misconduct.<\/p>\n

6. User\u2011Generated Content<\/h3>\n

If you submit content (e.g.\u00a0chat messages, custom designs), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, display, and distribute it.<\/p>\n

You are solely responsible for content you upload and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights.<\/p>\n

7. Privacy<\/h3>\n

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. To the extent permitted by law, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that Policy.<\/p>\n

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time in our sole discretion. Changes will become effective when posted. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.<\/p>\n

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Agreement. You may also terminate your account at any time. On termination, your rights to use the Service and virtual items end, and no refunds are provided for unused items or content.<\/p>\n

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

To the extent allowed by law: – The Service is provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranties of any kind. – We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or access. – Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the six months prior to any claim; if you paid nothing, your only remedy is to stop using the Service.<\/p>\n

11. Indemnification<\/h3>\n

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, except where misuse was not due to your negligence or intent.<\/p>\n

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n

If your residence is in Singapore, these Terms will be governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes must be resolved in its courts. If you\u2019re outside, then Singapore law applies, and disputes shall be resolved in courts located therein.<\/p>\n

13. Severability<\/h3>\n

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain fully in effect.<\/p>\n
